Appearance: Short, light bluish hair around a very pale face with red eyes. Tall, tends to wear a concealing black cloak.

Uniform or Sailor Fuku Description: Black with a long hunter green cloak almost concealing the Sai's at his side. An emblem of a Griphon paw raised to strike is on the chest.

Personality: Arislan is a quiet, thinking type of person. He really dislikes arrogant or bossy people, and will go out of his way to play pranks on them. He is often found practicing with his Sai's, twisting and turning the short and lethal blades. He really has no idea how to react to Suzuko, who avoids him like the black plague, and is often found moping after an unsuccessful attempt to talk to her. He tends to fade into the background when not speaking, and some people in Winder who know him believe he is mute, having never heard him talk. He lives in abject terror of his elder sister Yukiko, who is a very domineering person.

History: The albino son of a Kinmoku merchant and his wife, Arislan has been hit and shoved around since he remembers. One day after his parents had died in a boating accident, he found his mother's old Sai's in the attic, and started to practice with them, eventually becoming very good with them. His sister Yukiko finally caught him and tried to run him through with them. He was 17 at the time, and managed to get out of the house, coming back two days later for his things, and left for a small house halfway across the city. He has refused to go back to his family home since.
