Henshi Phrase (describe): Runner Star Power...Make UP! Her henshin peice appears and she places her right hand on her forehead as a series of white stars circle her body. They spin around forming a ball of light that she seems to pull in to as her knees tuck and she curls into a ball. After a soft flash of light she's on the ground with her left hand on her hip and her right hand tossing her bangs. Right foot before her left.

Star Sonic Bladerunner: Runner crosses her arm before her chest as a ball of light forms. She thrusts her arms forewards and sends the ball out which becomes a tearing line of energy that rips fowards and hits the enemy.

Star Sonic Discharge: Runner crosses her arms above her head where a ball of light forms. She then does a back flip kicking the ball of light towards the enemy.

Star Sonic Vibration: Runner holds her hands before her chest and gathers a ball of light. She then raises it up into the air on one hand. Shakes it around and slams it into the ground. Where it races forwards looking like a comet before slamming into the enemy.

Appearance: Sei is tall at 5'9". She has long reddish black hair that she wears in a low slung ponytail. Her bangs fall wild and just into her eyes. Part of her bangs that hang on the sides of her face come all the way down to her shoulders. She has narrow soft eyes which are dark purple with just a hint of blue. She has light tanned skin and a slender build. She dresses in slacks and boys shirts, due to work on the farm..

Uniform or Sailor Fuku Description: The starlight fuku excepet supporting colors are burgundy, and her choker is an x shape like healers only hers has a droped star hanging off of it. She has three bands circlinig her wrists.

Personality:Sei is out going. She'll walk right up to you and say hi. However she is blunt and lacks tatic. Growing up on the farm did nothing for her socail skills. She will tell you what's she's thinking rather you want to hear it or not. She tells the trurth, which isn't always what one wants to hear.

History: Sei grew up on a farm learning the vaulues of hard work. She doesn't leave anything half finished. Insisteing that she has to achive her best. Which leads her to a compitetion in Winder. Where she meets Sying for the first time. They would be competeing against each other. Sei won the race by a small margin. The later reraced and Sying won. They have been rivals and friends ever since. Later she found out that she was a starlight. She refused to believe it at first. Thinking what could a country hick like her belong on the royal court. So she took off running when she heard the three lights were coming for her. She ran over the open feilds. The one who caught her and this was after she had a twenty minute head start was Fighter. Sei told her that she wasn't starlight material and that she was trying to save them some grief. Fighter had asked what made her think that. When she confessed that she didn't think that she was the one they were looking for because nothing she did stood out. Fighter laughed and told her that she had a hard time keeping up with her and asked why she kept holding back while running. When Sei asked where did she race against fighter before Fighter powered down and reveiled herself to be Sying. Sei smiled then and nodded. Telling her that she needed some one to keep her on her toes and joined. Sying smiled and had said that she'd welcome the challange.
