Personality: Smart, funny. Her temper gets away with her, she can also be cold and deadly

History: Not much is known about Phi or Chi. They have been with Galaxia from the very begining. Phi and Chi both felt their places belonged with Galaxia in the begining and know Phi knows no other life. She tends the starseed Gardens and (with Chi) has gathered the most amount of Star seeds, picking up where others fail and convincing Galaxia to forgive quiet a few of her followers who have failed.
