Henshi Phrase (describe):
Kelm bends over flexing his arms. He yells, "Frozen Armor come to Me!!"
After yelling that a pool of water forms under his feet and freezes. The frozen water shoots upward creating an ice shield around his body. When the frozen shield disappears Kelm stands transformed.

Powers:
Kelm forms a sword out of ice. All he has to say is "Frozen blade!!" and it forms as he holds his hands over his head. The sword then appears in his hand.
Kelm also yells, "Frozen Lance!!" and puts his hands in front of himself, fingers interlocking, and a spear of ice shoots forward at his enemies.

Appearance: Kelm is powerfully built and stands about 6'1". His hair is light purple. He is handsome, but not drop dead gorgeous. His eyes are dark green.

Uniform or Sailor Fuku Description:
Kelm, in knight form, wears a heavy plate armor. It is dark blue and has a green cape trailing behind. Gold script work encrust his breast plate. He wears short boots. Along his neck is a high, green, neck collar.

Personality: Shy. Even with people he knows. He is calculating and willing to make neccesary 'sacrifices' to acheive his mission. This makes him appear cold and calculating. Kelm, however, is rather selfish. He believes his skills and powers alone are enough to handle most situations and ignores his allies. When one gets to know Kelm they find him to be really a good person. Kelm is loyal and trustworthy, and never betrays his friends. He is willing to sacrifice himself for his friends and won't hesitate to engage an enemy.

History: Kelm was very deprived as a young child. He was forced to live alone as his parents abandoned him. Kelm had no friends and never really wanted them. Kelm became tough and distant trying to keep himself from everyone. Now Kelm is ready for any challenge set before him. He fears no one, and is ready to meet his enemies.
