Powers (at least 2 no more than 4): Mermaid Irrepressible Fusion= She raises her hands in front of her, with her palms upward. Small drops of water lands on the enemy as she says "Mermaid". A blue glowing ball then shoots upward out of her hands as she yells "Irrepressible Fusion". The ball disappears up into the sky. Five seconds later a huge waterfall comes crashing down onto the enemy. This does medium damage.
Mermaid Divine Strike= She puts both of her hands down at her sides and clenches her fists. She closes her eyes and says "Mermaid Divine." She then opens her eyes, and they are glowing a greenish gold color. Allora then raises her hands above her and yells "Strike". A huge gold ball raises out of the ground and keeps raising up until it is about Allora's face level. The ball stops and then shoots toward the enemy. This is a very powerful attack. But she doesn't use this attack very much, because it is energy wasting.
Calming Waves Attack= Allora puts her right fist in the air and yells "Calming Waves Attack" while turning the fist to the right. Her hand glows green and a green light shoots out of it, hitting the enemy, causing minimal damage. But the attack does paralyze the enemy for a short while, giving another fighter time to attack. This attack rarely works on major enemies.
Mermaid Raging Waters= Allora's stone in her tiara starts to glow as she says "Mermaid Raging" There is a loud crash as water starts to swirl around her feet. She yells "Waters" and the water suddenly gushes forward turning into a giant wave and overtaking the enemy. This attack also does medium damage.

Appearance: Allora has blackish hair down to about her back with dark blue eyes. She is slender and very pretty. Usually she wears her hair down but at formal occasions she wears her hair up in two buns. She also wears a tiara with sapphires and diamonds.
Uniform or Sailor Fuku Description: Allora's fuku is sleeveless, with a white bodice and a short (skimpy) layered skirt. The skirt has three layers, one on top of the other, each one shorter then the other. The colors of the skirt are(starting at the bottom) midnight blue, blue, and cornflower blue. Allora has blue high heels. She has white gloves on past her elbows, with blue trim on the top. She gets a tiara with a small blue stone. She has a dark blue bow in the back which is very long. In the front there is a dark blue bow with a sapphire in the middle.
Personality: Allora seems very cold and harsh when she firsts meets a person. Her behavior is partly like this because she is shy and extremely cautious around people. it is also like this because she is afraid to lose the people she loves. Once someone gains her respect and friendship though she becomes much more open. Allora is very protective of her friends, and would do almost anything for them, including sacrificing herself and her powers. Allora doesn't like to rely on other people, but doesn't mind other people relying on her. Although she tries to hide it, she is also very sensitive. It is very hard, also to gain her trust. But once you do she is very active and happy with her friends.
History: Allora was born an only child in Chiara, Mermaid. Her parents both died under mysterious circumstances, a week apart from each other. Allora was seven at the time. Allora's older cousin took the throne. He made Allora live on an isolated island, in a small castle on the island of Murial. When she turns 17, she will be forced to marry her older cousin, as in royal tradition.
Special Note: When Allora is in the water, she has a glittering green tail, and a blue top that stops at midriff.
