1."Fire Ice beams!"
She holds her hands in front of her chest, her right hand over her left (in an x corss) she yells out "Fire..." and in her left hand a fire beam is created. "Ice..." and in her right hand an ice beam is created and she finally yells "Beam!" and the two beams fly toward whoever she is fighting.
2. "Ice Icycles!"
She yells that out and ice sharp icecycles appear and shoot out, hitting them with a hard sharp force.
3."Fire Whirlwind!
"Fire Whirlwind" she says, she cups her hand and a little whirlwind of fire is created she then blows it and it falls to the ground, and it forms into a big whirlwind and it chargers toward the opponent, the opponent is trap in the middle, getting burned.
4."Ice blade" or "Fire Arrow and Bow"
she calls this out loud and one of those appears. Ice Blade does not melt and Fire Arrow and Bow flame's don't die.

Personality: Graceful, wise, and sometimes funny. She is extremely loyal to the one's she cares about. Chi can be nice, but when her anger builds up, she is deadly.

History: Not much is known about Phi or Chi. They have been with Galaxia from the very begining. Phi and Chi both felt their places belonged with Galaxia in the begining and know Phi knows no other life. She tends the starseed Gardens and (with Phi) has gathered the most amount of Star seeds, picking up where others fail and convincing Galaxia to forgive quiet a few of her followers who have failed.
