Do you have rough skin on the bottom of your foot? I do, but it is much better now that I give myself a nice pedicure once a week. I recommend pampering your feet at least once a month, more often if you have infections or paint your nails often. Do try and make your the bottom of your foot less rough, soak your feet. You can soak them in a variety of things, I usually use warm soapy water the first time around (and add lotion and massage my feet) and do it a second time with bath salts. Some recommend milk. If you really want to have a "spa experience" add some flower petals (be sure not to be allergic). I recommend five minutes if you are in a hurry, but if it's more of a spa treatment go for ten to twenty minutes. Dim the lights, add some soothing music, a book and just sit. Afterward, turn on the lights if you need to and use a pumice stone and rub the heel of your foot. (Note: If a pumice stone is not avaliable, use a rough washcloth). Do this until you feel it is enough. Put on some mosturizer (it can be specifically for your feet, but I just use the all-around stuff) and rub you feet gently. I also recommend massaging your feet daily, before you go to bed.

Face Blotter

*Grease is the word - except when it's on your face* recepie:

1 ~ bring 1 cup water to a boil, then remove it from the heat, and rop in 1 black tea bag. let it steep for an hour. 2 ~ in a separate container, combine 1/4 cup black tea (made earlier), 1 cup cool water, 1/4 cup hydrogen peroxide (3% active) and 1 tsp. lime extract. 3 ~ pour into a spray bottle and shake 4 ~ close your eyes and spritz on when you feel slimy (over makeup's fine). it will sop up oil as it dries. (toss remaining liquid after a week).

Pimple Eraser

*Keep your red bumps to yourself* recepie:

1 ~ soak a cotton ball in a shot glass of salt water, then press it on top of the pimple for 3 minutes (the salt helps dry the bump and gets rid of the whitehead if there is one) 2 ~ dab the spot with 1/2 tsp honey and let it sit for 15 min. (this softens the spot and loosens the plug somewhat-ultimately shortening the life span of the zit) 3 ~ then splash your face with warm water to rinse the honey off. no popping needed!

Get sexy cat eyes in blue, pink, brown, purple or green. First cover your whole eye lids with some silver eyecream, then take the colored eyeshadow of your choice and make a cat eyed look on the side of the silver in like a triangle, not too dark. Then sprinkle glitter on mascara applicator apply about 3-5 coats, remove chunks and then ME-OW!

Care & Styling

* Avoid excessive blow drying and air dry hair whenever possible. This will help prevent split ends and drying.

* Eating a well-balanced diet will ensure healthy, shiny hair.

* Hair is most fragile when it's wet, so blot it dry and don't brush it. Use a wide-toothed comb and gently pull through from the bottom, up. Better yet, finger-comb it for a fluffy style.

* Use only mousses and hair gels without alcohol to avoid a drying affect.

* Use shampoo that is PH balanced and designed for your hair type.

* Use a clarifying shampoo when you need to remove hair spray and gel build up.

* Switch shampoo brands often to avoid product build-up.

* Don't use hot water when shampooing or rinsing your hair.

* For static electricity in the Winter, try running a fabric softener sheet through your hair for better control.

* Don't believe that theory about brushing your hair 100 strokes every day. That will only cause damage and split ends.

* Don't wash your hair every day if it's dry because shampoo and heat appliances will make it brittle. Who's going to know?

* Use a cool setting on your blow dryer. This will take longer, but it will make your hair more shiny and manageable.

* If your hair is oily and you don't have time for a wash, rub a dab of baby powder through it. This works better for blonde hair.

* After swimming, wash your hair as soon as possible to remove chlorine residue.

* Beer and Mayonnaise will condition your hair in a pinch.

* Care for your hair as you do your skin. Healthy hair is much more attractive than dull, lifeless hair.

Dry Lips

O.k. So you have dry lips? This is a very common problem with some people and dry lips is usually caused by cold weather. Or...not applying any lip balm on. This can lead to cracks and dead skin coming off. Ewww...Anyway, here are my tips of having perfect lips!

1.Buy some Vaseline in your local Boots or Superdrug. Vaseline is a lip balm which doesn't smell and looks like lipgloss! So girls, throw away your old lipgloss which you haven't even used for ages! Vaseline is really cheap, 99p that's it! The tin should be blue with ''Vaseline'' written on it.

2.Apply it before you go to sleep and in the mornings.

3.Do NOT lick your lips because that won't help. The saliva in your mouth is frying out your lips even more...So don't lick your lips!

4. Now you should have perfect lips!

Frizzy Hair

Do you have half frizzy and half straight hair? Do not fear because this beauty read is here!

Firstly, you need to find out why your hair is like this. Your kinked hair may be caused by your parents genes. For example, if your dad has curly hair and your mom has straight hair then your hair might be frizzy!

One tip I can give you is to learn to love your hair. If you don't love your hair, then your hair won't love you! Simple as that. Next, you will need to change your shampoo to an anti-frizz shampoo. I recommend Sunsilk or Pantene Pro-V.

The most popular choice to make nowadays is to buy a hair straightner and straighten your hair. Straightners are great and they have good results if you do straighten your hair properly. However, if you decide to straighten your hair everyday...then you must cut the ends of your hair quite frequently to prevent split ends which can lead to unhealthy hair!

Get rid of blackheads

Would you like to get rid of your blackheads? If you do, follow our guide to clear skin!

First, follow a cleansing routine. Buy some products designed at teenagers to help clear blackheads. Clean and Clear does this blackhead product which clears them away. It's a purple bottle. Or try clearisil. This one, from personal experience, stings, but works better...Guess the chemicals inside are stronger. If washed into eyes, quickly rinse out with clear water.

Next, once following the daily routine, this will help get rid of grease and dirt on your face, hopefully clearing the blocked pores-which lead to blackheads.

After a few months, if the blackheads still don't go away, I would recommend the nose strips, which you stick on your nose, for about 10-15 minutes, and pull quickly, releasing the strip and showing all the blackheads which has come off...It's quite painful, however, it's worth it if you want blackhead free skin! Also, the cost of a pack of strips are quite expensive, but T-zone has some and Biore.

However, please keep in mind, during puberty, many teenagers will suffer from blackheads, so they are nothing to worry about, as long as you are clearing your skin properly everyday, then chances are, your skin will be really clean anyway. Even if you still have a few blackheads.
