| There are plenty of resources to get the green 1968 Polyfilm and ceramic disc capacitors from on the web with the original values. But some reproduction and new capacitors are worth mentioning here for information sake.. Vishay/Sprauge/Cera-Mite did have a capacitor that was very close the orginal 1960-1966 Strat one. | For the original 1954-1961 Stratocaster Cornell-Dubliner Capacitor. I'm not sure if CD makes a modern version, but it wouldn't surprise me. | Lastly, Four popular favorites for tone are the Mallory 150 on the left, the Orange Drop (Sprage/SBE) in the middle. Hovland caps, follwed by Vitamin Q oil and paper. Alll are availble from many suppliers in many values for your personal taste for good tone. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
