NIKITA HERBS & PRESERVES are a variety of homemade herb vinegars, spiced oils, jams, jellies, chutneys, and sauces. New products will include various salad dressings, marinades, and herb mixes.

All of these products are made naturally from pure wholesome ingredients without added preservatives, artificial flavours or food colouring. Most of the ingredients have been obtained fresh from local farms, natural food stores or have been home grown.

The packaging of the product is environmentally friendly, since all the glass and paper is recyclable.

NIKITA homeade JAMS and CHUTNEYS are made carefully in small batches to maintain the texture and flavour with as much fruit as possible to create that delicious fresh fruit taste. .

		NIKITA’S HERB VINEGARS and OILS also contain only natural ingredients. All gourmet vinegars are made with cider vinegar or with fine aged white wine vinegar. The oils are made with a blend of pure olive oil and canola oil, which is low in saturated fat and is a good choice for today’s more health conscious consumer. All vinegars and oils are flavoured by using the finest Ontario herbs and a variety of spices for a delicious taste. They are hand assembled in either selected decorative bottles and sealed with bees wax and they are also available in a regular bottle sealed with a coloured paper top. NIKITA’S DRESSINGS can be used as a salad dressing, but don’t just think salads.... They are also great for dipping bread, meat or vegetables or they can be used to enhance sauces or marinades.
