As a member in good standing of the Kings Grant Homeowners

Association, I am requesting the following documents:

Board and Membership minutes for April through July 2001,

A copy of the Packet of Papers Mr. Darling Handed to Board Members

at his illegal meeting of 28 July and,

Any other documents relating to discussions held at the illegal

meeting of 28 July including documents pertaining to dues assessments for

2001-2002.

If I have not received these documents within 10 days, I will have

no choice but to contact the Circuit Court of Stafford County and request

they issue a subpoena for the documents I have requested.
