I was glad to see the new board take the bold step to raise our dues to a figure that will allow this board and future boards the funds to make necessary improvements to the easements, common areas and allow KGHOA to operate in the black. The boards ability to get a budget together in such a short time and a very professional way, the web site, and retaining SRManagement Services I feel youall are off to a great start.

As past board president I entered the job with no agenda of my own other then to serve the community as a whole. I didn't always make everyone happy but in my heart I know I served to the best of my ability. I have heard no talk from any of the new board members that would make me think that youall have nothing but the communities best interest in mind.

I'm sure I speak for all of the new Board when I thank you for your comments. Your willingness, and that of the previous Board, to serve the community last year has paved the way for us this year in making progress and improvement.
