| Willie�s Chocolate Cookies pretty simple. mix in a large bowl: 1 1/4 cup butter 2 cups sugar then add 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla and mix together. in a separate bowl, combine 2 cups flour 3/4 cup cocoa 1 tsp soda 1/2 tsp salt when this is thoroughly mixed up, add it a half a cup at a time into the butter/egg mess. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes. The trick is to take them out then, even though they don�t look done. If you leave them in until they look done, they end up dry and crunchy. |
