The Adobe Photoshop Consists of many different tools that can be used for editing pictures.
These tools are split into 4 which are,
Selection Tools are designed to select regions from the active layer so you can work on them without affecting the unselected areas. These Tools select a certain part of the image. Use the tool by dragging across to where you want to select.
