We have 5 years experience checking BSP reports for IATA agents in Europe, and can offer you a reconciliation service which is fast and reliable. BSP Reconciliation is the matching up of all BSP charges with CRS records. Ideally all BSP charges match perfectly, but experience has shown there are always discrepancies. If you have your own website, your company is probably issuing a large number of air tickets. As the MD you would like confirmation that you are being charged the correct price. Our clients send, by email, a copy of their .pdf document from www.bsplink, and we compare the amounts with the CRS records. Any which do not match are listed on an Excel report which is e-mailed back to the client. Management can then see, at a a glance, the accuracy and success of their ticket sales.
We consider that my report is an improvement on the BSP link report. My report is on Excel, and the data can be sorted according to your own needs. The BSP link report is, lets face it, difficult to read. Both hard the copy, and the screen copy are, less face it, difficult to read.
