My M35A2C with ring mount.
This is my 1967 Kaiser M35A2. This is my first duece and a half and also my favorite. The truck went through a complete depot overhaul before I got hold of it. I have since added a few thing, fiberglass troop seats, west coast mirrors, M49 ring mount for the .50 cal BMG, convoy lights, RT-524 radio, and a winch. A good size shop is a necessity with one of these trucks, and some nice greenery helps hide the truck from whiney neighbors.
Unfortunately in California I can't have a real .50 cal. This one is sheet metal and PVC pipe. Impressive nonetheless!!
Below is a photo of my M35A2 and M52A2 loaded on a 48' dropdeck when I moved back to CA. My friend Chris owns Iron Eagle Trucking and hauled them back for me.
Ever see a 2 1/2 ton truck tow a tank before??? I did it with the help of a Case W18 loader.
