| Don't let those critics fool you. I'm sure Mr. Shyamalan forked out quite a bit of money to get them to praise his film. This is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Let me start off by telling you about the aliens. You only get to see them twice during the movie. They are pathetic. Their only weapon is a little spike that shoots out of their arm and sprays a poisonous gas. They are killed by water, which is like acid to them. I'd like to point out how dumb the aliens are. Their only weakness is water, so they decide to come here, a planet that is made up of over 75% water. If their technology is so advanced, you think the retarded aliens would have invented some sort of protective suit. I would also like to thank Mr. Shyamalan for tarnishing the career of the great action star Mel Gibson. Mel turned into a major whimp. I was hoping that the Lethal Weapon Mel would show up sooner or later and take care of those aliens, but NO!!! That wasn't going to happen. Mel spent the entire film being scared. Even when his sons life was endangered, he did absolutely nothing. At the end of the movie, I thought it would be cool when that guy picked up the bat and started attacking the alien. NOPE! You didn't even get the see the alien being struck by a bat. I had big expectations for this film and I was sorely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money. This movie was horrible. |
