| The purpose of the Kingfisher Umpire Association is to provide a forum which will maximize the potential of its' members. KUA |
| will teach and interpret rules, instruct field coverage and mechanics, as well as mentor at all levels. KUA aspires to help its' |
| members to develop philosophies, consistent with the level of baseball/softball, which they may be officiating. KUA will further |
| establish and maintain high standards, and render officiating service to schools participating in baseball/softball, by promoting |
| congenial working relationships with the school and/or institution participating in any and all sports we are associated with. |
