Use the Magic on them 3 times and you will sometimes recieve Mystery Goo.

Room where you have to float up- Atlantica(Cure,Fire,Ice,Thunder,Stop) br>Room before Final Rest- End of the World(All I think)

Black Fungus
To defeat these you have to kill them. Watch out they poison you and can turn to stone.Drop Mystery Goo and Mystery Mold.

Rare Truffles
To defeat these you have to hit them in the air and kepp them in the air.Drop good items such as Aero is suppose to help. Drop some healing items and some scrolls to say you've beat them.
