Version 1- I just put a basic description of this fight. 
Eventually i will add more and probably put all the  
secret bosses on one guide. 

Ice Titan 

If you know what to do, this is an easy fight. 
Ice Titan basically has a couple moves. 
First, he spits icicles at you.  
Another move he does is he spits snow which freezes you. 
I think the Ice Titan has some physical attacks too.  

When you first fight him you probably realized that you 
can’t hit him. In order to hit him, you have to deflect 
his icicles back. There is two ways to do this. 
You can rather equip guard which is easier and use it 
just when the icicles are about to hit you. The second way
is that you can just attack and it will 
do the same thing, you just need better timing. 

After you hit him a number of times, he collapses 
and you are free to go in and start attacking. 
He will only stay down for a couple of seconds 
until he rises up again. Keep continuing this 
process until you have won.
