The Crimson Knights are a group of dedicated people who re-enact a society of people that could have existed. We are not a historical society. We strive to recreate the time between 900-1400 A.D.
We re-create the middle ages the way they could have been. But without the guillotine or the chopping off of heads! Our members wear the garb (costumes) that was worn in the middle ages and create a "persona", which is like a character. We are not a live role playing game. Yes, it is true that we act out the parts, but we are not a live dungeons and dragons type game.
We have structured our society in a way that is easy to understand and it assures that every member has an equal chance to progress. We have tried eliminated as much of the politics as possible.
We have several chapters throughout the United States with new ones being added constantly.There is always an opportunity to begin a new chapter as we are still a fairly new group, being founded in May of 1999.
Joining the Crimson Knights is easy! No experience or equipment is needed to get started, just the desire to have fun, to meet new friends, to have fun, to perhaps learn a new skill or craft, and the most important thing, to have fun in a medieval setting.
So now you're asking, "How do I join and how much is this fun going to cost?" Just visit our Membership Page. Fill out the form and our Membership Administrator will send you the information you will need. And what about the cost for membership in the Crimson Knights. There is a one time membership fee of only $10.00!
