I.General Description

1.The formal name of the micronation is "Kingdom of Southern Sea of Great Lands and Assos
2.The short formal name of the micronation is "Kingdom of Southern Sea"
3.The informal name is "Southern Sea micronation"
4.KSS is a virtural micronation which works as a political science and diplomacy laboratory
5.KSS is NON TERRITORIAL and works over the internet (see aI/p4)

II.Political System

1.The political system is monarchy with elements of parliamental democracy
2.Head of state is the King or the Queen with limitation of political exercise
3.Governor of the Southern Sea and Great Lands is by order of the King the Governing Body
4.The GB is consisted of ten (10) elected members and the King
5.The GB is elected every 2 years by the legal citizens of the Southern Sea and Great Lands sectors
6.GB members have equal voting and veto rights
7.GB members elect or select the Ministers and form the ministries
8.King or Queen cannot decide without GB's permission unless critical subjects
9.Royal Charters are issued for any purpose by the Royal Family only
10. Foreign Policy is specified by the GB and executed by the permanent MFA

III.Royality and Privilidges

1.The King or Queen is not elected or selected
2.The King is the Head of the State as described in aII/p2
3.The King is approved by its people or else changed upon the circumstances
4.The King issues Royal Charters to suggest or decide for matters
5.The King selects the GB members in special circumstances
6.The King looses its title if future political circumstances suggest to
7.The King award with royal titles citizens, foreigners or institutions

IV.Foreign Policy and External Relations

1.The Foreign policy is decided by the GB (see aII/p10)
2.MFA or any other foreign policy authorities exist, deals with external relations
3.Representation in intermicronational organizations is held by MFA and minister of FA
4.MFA must follow a neutral policy towards other micronations
5.Neutriality is kept unless special circumstances (security reasons)
6.Foreign relations are devided into levels (allied, recognized, neutral-enemy)
7.Officer of External Relations is responsible for contacts
8.Recognition treaties are signed by MFA on behalf of GB
9.Any treaties must reflect the ideals and the goals of the foundation statement

V.Citizenship and Rights

1.Citizenship applications are held by the MFA and the minister
2.All citizenships are delt under the "EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES ACT"
3.Informatics Department is responsible for using and storing citizen data
4.All data is confidential and does NOT include personal data
5.The Comitee of Equality is responsible for monitoring the p2,p3,p4 operations
6.All citizens are eligible to form parties and act politicaly
7.All citizens are eligible to take part in elections and hold responsibilities
8.Neutral foreign citizens must sign special documents before be eligible for taking
part is political elections in KSS or the Assos Republic

VI.CULTURAL DESCRIPTION

1.Official language is British English as defined and recorded in the
Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary
2.Other languages such as Italian, French, Spanish and Greek are accepted but NOT official
3.Original nationality is considered a personal data and should not be asked by authorities
except for the Department of Informatics (for statistical reasons)
4.There is NO supported or official religion
5.Religion is not a part of KSS as a micronation and political science project (see aI/p4)

VII.General Law and Ethics

1.There is no written law
2.King and GB decide on legal applications
3.The Royal Court is responsible for legal problem solving for citizens or foreigners
4.RC works within its own charter
5.King is judged by the Supreme Royal Court of Justice which is formed at the time of conflict
6.Common Ethics is used for solving day-to-day problems

VIII.Education and Economy

1.Education is part of the Public Institutions Council
2.Economy is supervised by the GB

IX.ASSOS REPUBLIC AND OTHER DEPENDED MICRONATIONS

1.Assos Republic is autonomous and has its own political structure
2.AR's Head of State is a member of the Southern Sea Royal Family
3.AR's constitution is written and modified by AR's government
4.AR's govermental authorities are by order of King Minister and the Prime Minister
5.Depended Micronations are autonomous and automanaged with the counceling of GB
6.Depended Micronations follow a distinct interal policy
7.Depended Micronations belong to the 2nd Secton MFA/Department of External Relations
administrative and use MFA as external relations resource
