The Dukedom of Rebelonia was founded in 1997 in the vast territory taken as spoil after the 1st war with the Mongols. The Royal family of this new realm was of the Homelandian royal family. The appointed regent would be second son of King Norman; Constantine, - who became the CrownGrandDuke of the partly independent dukedom. His Serene Highness and his family soon became the sovereign rulers of the realm. It is H.S.H. Constantines' eldest son; the GrandDuke, who has the daily business of governing. The CrownGrandDuke holds many official and ad hoc positions in the Homelandian government.

The Regent of Rebelonia, the CrownGrandDuke, is the younger brother og H.M. King William. His youngest brother is H.R.H. Prince Charl Augustus,the Lord (Duke) of Mossiana, Old Friendie Homeland and Old Homeland districts. The CrownGrandDuke and CrownGrandDuchess Morgan Fairchild's oldest son; is the GrandDuke Edward Napoleon (born 1980) who is married to princess Varina von Sachsen-Coburg-Lothefeldt (born 1981). Besides Edward Napoleon, the other children of the CrownGrandDuke is Julius Leopold (born 1981), prince of Rebelonia and Margaret Jeanine (born 1997), princess of Rebelonia.

The Dukedom is parted into three large areas; Rebelonia, where the administration is and who s the heavily populated part of the realm, Morkidame, who is a large area controlled by the Homelandian forces and one of their main training grounds, not seldom are there live fire fights here due to Mongolian insurgents, and Norcheme, an other large area also used largely by the armed forces. The GrandDuke has local vassals in each of the three areas.
