Fellow countrymen,

I am deeply honored and humble to be your king. I shall serve you to the best of my ability and wisdom. I know, that we together can built a great community, where neighbors are like family, and that one neighbors problem is a commune problem for us all to make right.

Although we, new to our commune, or Confederates at heart and in identity, have lots to establish and all at stake, let's not forget that a well function able machinery needs all its parts in place, and that no part is of lesser value than the next.

Foreign Governments,

today the Kingdom of Polignac first saw the light of day. The former Confederacy in a new form and order.

The VII Prince of Polignac; Camille Jules Armand Marie took today the oath of the Throne of this newly

born Monarchy situated in the midst of the ECYPEian community. We hope that it shall be no harder for our neighbors to co-exist with our Kingdom than it was with the Confederacy. We hope to establish diplomatic ties and friendship with all of our neighbors.

Foreign Heads-of-State,

I, King Camille Jules Armand Marie, have today by Royal Decree initiated Royal Order of the Sun of Glory.

It has two branches, each with two levels;

Royal Order of the Sun of Glory per Regale

&

Royal Order of the Sun of Glory per Puplis

The Regale version is for Royalty and the Puplis is for democratic elected officials,

each has the same levels of Grand Cross and Commander.

The Grand Cross is given to Heads-of-States of which states diplomatic ties has been established.

The Commander is bestowed upon foreign ambassadors and dignitaries.

The King of Polignac shall be the Order's Grand Master.
