Stage: Grassy plains on the path to Valikorlia city. round 1- slight drizzle, sparse fog round 2 - moderate downpour round 3 - extreme downpour, lightning Theme Song: lisa - Will Physical Description: Karn has long lost his physical form, having been banished and brought back repeatedly by the Dragoons and the Dark Dragon Knight. Instead, a wispy spectre in the form of his head and shoulders is prevalent within the tombs of his heavyt armor - he is a Dullahan. The spectre resembles a somewhat clean shaven man with a high-collar muffler and an uncharacteristically bright smile. 1st Round Opening: An image of Ky as a holy knight from his past days lingers shortly, before it quickly mutates into a purple wisp - the torso, legs, and arms of the heavy set armor quickly slam together, followed by an ornate dragoon-styled helmet, meticulously painted black and red. During this, the word 'Andom' is whispered enigmatically. Alternate openings- 1) The armor seems to be on pieces on the floor. A shadowy blaze suddenly erupts from the armor, and it quickly floats into an assembled position. Again, the word 'Andom' is mentioned. 2) A shadow appears on the ground. Suddenly, a huge object slams into the ground, making a fairly deep crater. Climbing out is an already fully assembled Karn Draven. Special openings- (i'm unsure if many of these people are characters) vs. Jeregne Draven/Tarek Draven - ' Revenge is the best policy. ' vs. Trent Harbinger - ' Ironic that Valikorlia still stops you. ' vs. Gwydion Xanthica - ' An ignorant father dies an worthy death! ' vs. Holy Knight Hayward/Kojiro (if they are the same person, if not, just Hayward) - ' Times have changed, friend! ' vs. Aurora Daemionde/Jargo Furyblade - " Perhaps THIS fight will be the last! " vs. Rune Hellbane/Arken Rennatta - " I won't go easy on you, friend. " vs. Elodan Soulfury/Tarus Rubeus - "I will take my place as the best!" vs. Requiem Siavolt- " So.. I'm still lookin' for that eye.. " Taunt- 1) Ky taps his steel partisan against his helmet a few times, making a large resonating yawn. 2) Ky's spectre sloops out of the helmet, and sticks it's tongue out childishly. 3) EASTER EGG - 0.5 chance - Ky pulls off his helmet. The spectre seems to be Misa instead of Ky! - she subsequently looks shocked then pulls the helmet back on. Victory Poses- 1) Ky slams his partisan into the ground, then does a sort of Voltron-esque roar into the sky while the eyes of his helmet seem to set alight. 2) Ky twirls the partisan adeptly, locking it into a slot on the back of his armor, then turning to face the background. 3) (Vs. Jeregne/Tarek Draven) The armor disassembles/flies away almost immediately, and the spectre reverts to the past form of Ky as a holy knight, on his knees, shouting 'Mie!!!' Draw- 1) Ky drops his partisan and folds his gauntlets over each other. Loss to time- 1) Ky seems to reach forward as if to hurl his partisan, but the armor locks up and tremors slightly, until the scene change, as if to signify stalling. Sayings: " I strive for more.. More strength! " " My plight is my own.. Leave! " " .. Damn you, Mie. " Character Notes: Ky is a rather complex character - therefore his progression of fights is a bit hard to describe, so I won't. He's very heavyweight due to the armor he uses, but is fairly agile to the extent that he can be as a spirit. His weapon, the Zirenkalden, is a serrated partisan blade with a jitte, and a steel handle, making it quite heavy. Moves: Throws- 1) Whirl - Basically, Ky picks the opponent up by the leg, and hurls him/her across the screen. 2) Snap - The close combat throw, Ky basically picks them up and piledrives them - except, onto his steel boots. Special Moves - 1) Transfix - Ky hurls his partisan across the stage to impale the enemy, one hit. 2) Slice - Ky whirls the partisan across his back, twisting his body. The partisan makes one fluid slash horizontally. 3) Eviscerate - Ky seizes the opponent by the head, holding the partisan close to the head and drawing it across the opponent's stomach quickly. One hit. 4) Burn - Ky trips the opponent and then kicks the opponent across the ground at an angle, as to make him/her slide. Two hits. 5) Rend - Ky twirls the partisan as to hit the opponent near the head area, then turns and swipes across the face of the opponent with his claw-like gauntlets. Two hits. 6) Whirlwind - Ky whirls the partisan in a fashion similar to slice, except does this thrice. Naturally, it is harder to execute. Three hits. 7) Concussion - Ky grabs the opponent and repeatedly bashes his finely-carved helmet into the opponent's face multiple times. Three hits. Efficiency - Ky slams the pole end of his partisan into a male opponent's testicles. One hit. Doesn't work on girl opponents. Super Moves- 1) Grave - Ky bumrushes the opponent, clotheslining him/her onto the ground. Ky then proceeds to stab the living bajeesus out of the opponent. Ten to twenty hits. 2) Typhoon - Ky begins to twirl the partisan rapidly, so that it becomes a blur - which extends several spaces away from him. The opponent is hit if he/she comes within range. The amount of hits depends on the amount of time elapsed before the opponent comes into contact. 3) Jump - Ky suddenly lurches forward and launches himself into the sky a la a Dragoon. The time elapsed in the jump is considerably shorter than other comparable jumping moves, though - and Ky comes crashing back down. Not with his spear out, just crash-landing on his back. On top of the opponent. Team Supers- 1) "At once!" - Rune lines up behind Ky, who is crouching. Rune jumps off Ky, towards the enemy, and slashes him - Ky, after letting Rune use him to jump, rushes forward and lances the enemy in conjunction with Rune. High damage, single hit. 2) "No time!" - Ky rushes up to the opponent, then grabs him/her and turns to face the opposite direction, from which Arken would rush in and stab the opponent. 3) "All together now!" - Rune stands in front of Arken, and leaps into the air. Arken, behind Rune, runs forward after Rune leaps, and does a high speed uppercut to the opponent, knocking him into the air. In the air, Rune flips about, landing two slices onto the opponent, which sends him into a fall. Once the opponent is near the ground, Ky winds up, and baseball bats the enemy, in midair, into the farthest side of the screen with his partisan. Desperation- 1) Hate - Several steel rod-anchors seem to jettison from spots in Ky's armor and lock themselves into the ground. He places his partisan into the ground in front of him in the same fashion, simultaneously - and his helmet seems to expand, revealing a strange contraption between the plates in which begin to collect energy. After a short of period of time has elasped, a relatively enormous beam of energy fires from his helmet. Unfortunately, there is a potential for the beam to be blocked, and also, it detracts a half of his health. Killing Blow- 1) Ky drops the partisan, and instead fires off his gauntlets as if they were bullets. The resulting bludgeoning damage causes the opponent to be hurled off screen.
