Compulsory registration of Companies/Manufactures/Parties Intend to establish their product business under SPG center.

Time frame of business will be not less then five years.

Allotment of area for office/Showrooms & Display center will be handled by legal agreement bases.(Minimum two years).

Advance payment for the rent of the area (size 4 Meter x 6 Meters) is SR 40.000( fourty thousand Saudi Riyal) two years.

Product Consignments will come only under (SPGC) center.

Only two visas/Business visas will be arranged as required by the client`s need. (Work permit`s expense will be on the occupant).

Manufacturers / Companies / Businessmen should be registered in Pakistan as per GOVERNEMENT EXPORT LAWS.

SPGC has the right to ask about the Manufacture`s commercial registration, certification from Chamber of Commerce & foreign affairs of Government of Pakistan.

Product of export should be quality vise certified by quality control Bureau of Pakistan & Saudi Arabia.

All parties will establish their business under the name of Saudi Pak Global Center.

SPGC also have the responsibility of the payments, which deal between the owners of the product & the customers.

Against these entries facilities SPG center will charge 10% on invoice sale.

Internet/Telephone/Electricity charges will be paid by the occupants. Each party has maintained them up to date as per local law of Saudi Arabia.

SPGC can also provide extra facilities for food & loading at reasonable price to occupants workers.
