Brad Komers was born April 14, 1896 in Orion, Richland County, WI. He was the second of six children born to Ludvic Henry & Dor (Rue) Komers. Little is known of Brad, as he unexplicably left home and cut off all contact with the family for many years. His youngest brother traveled a great deal and made a habit of looking through phone books and calling Komers' everywhere he traveled. He happened to contact Bradley's son on a trip to Miami, Florida, and was put in touch with Brad. It is believed he married a woman named Frances, and was the grandfather of at least two, a boy and a girl.
The U.S. Social Security death index indicates that Bradley had at some point lived in Indiana, as his number was issued there. He died in November of 1977 in Miami, FL.
