Michelle King has taught for seven years at the primary
level. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1993.
Mrs. King
gained experience in six different elementary schools at the kdg, first grade,
and third grade levels. For the past two years she taught in Crowley ISD.
Her extensive training includes: Reading Recovery, New Jersey Writing, Advanced
Technology, Math Their Way, Multi-age, and Early Literacy. Her
professional accomplishments consist of writing educational grants, publishing
lessons on the internet and presenting at Early Childhood conferences.
Mrs. King lives in Burleson with her husband. They do not have any children yet. In her spare time, she enjoys surfing the internet, snow skiing, country music concerts, and reading. Her favorite vacation spot is Walt Disney World in Orlando.
Joining the wonderful staff at Stribling Elementary is exciting for Michelle. The staff and students are terrific to work with.
