Grandparent's Day Celebration

Friday, September 8 was a special day in Kindergarten.  Our grandparents came to school to celebrate National Grandparent's Day. We sang songs, played Grandparent bingo, read books, and ate lunch with our guests.  Some students had "adopted" Grandparents for the day.  They were from the Retired Teachers Association of Burleson.  Everyone had a wonderful time!

Dustin read to his Grandma and Grandpa.  Later, Dustin's Grandpa shared a story about skiing to a one room school house in Minnesota during the winter.
