Bible School

Of course one of our chief priorities was to spread the gospel among the Haitians. For many voudou is still the chief religion - a religion based on fear and hate. Haiti has basically been handed over to the devil by its own leaders, and the people live without joy or meaning in their lives. We went to tell them of a better way, living in the love and joy that faith in Jesus Christ gives. There are 300-ish students in Good Shepherd Lutheran School, and all of them had bible school with us. For many Haitian families, hearing the love of God through the children is the only way to bring them to Christ! Here are pictures of our days in bible school with the kids - and with each other.
