Luxury Homes may be big, but they're not always better.  If you're thinking lots of nice flooring, extravagant wallpaper and rich objects, then this is the house to build (if you can afford it).  I don't reccomend this type of house for any owner that has 4 roomies or less.  Make sure it doesn't suck your account dry, either.

NOTE: I DO NOT BUILD LUXURY HOMES UNLESS THE PROPER FUNDING (APPROX. 2 MILLION) IS GIVEN IN ADVANCE.  THIS WILL PUT A HOLE IN YOUR BUDGET, BUT IT IS USEFUL IN DRAWING IN BIG CROWDS!
