Quick question about Beauty and the Beast on Broadway:

Can anyone confirm if the July 29th show is not open to the public/already sold out/releasing the tickets on a later date? I'm going to NY on that weekend, and I'm on the verge of confirming my flight to leave NY on Sunday evening (since there's no show to watch, and I'm watching the evening show on the 28th).

I've checked Ticketmaster and a ton of other ticketing sites, but I can't find any available tickets for the 29th. I don't want to reach NY and find out that the 29th is actually available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

	Well it's just about common knowledge. Not many finale shows were EVER open to the public. Ever. Unless they had contests or raffles where a few tickets were given to fans. You can't buy the tickets so isn't that your source right there? (Reply to this)(Parent) (Thread)

Seeing as there is no information as to why they would publicize the last show as the 29th and not sell tickets for that particular date, firstly I hardly think it's 'common knowledge' and secondly, I mentioned the possibility would sell tickets to the public at the later date.

I called a month ago...THE FINAL SHOW IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

I don't just log on to LJ every day and say shit I can't back up. If you're THIS worried.....go to NYC BEFORE the 29th. This is livejournal not ticketmaster or a travel agent, it's teh IntraNeT$, you're not going to get ANY guarantee here. Make the damn phone call.
