Only she didn't die with her brother, who had been shot by the palace guards. She crawled out from her grave, and told that her village was destroyed by Inuyasha. Guess who told her? Yep. Naraku. When she learns the truth, though, she becomes intent on exacting her revenge. Naraku had sent those demons to her village, and now had control of her younger brother, whom he had revived.
Looks:
In her traveling, every-day clothes, she wears a pink kimono with darker pink patches on it, a green apron-like skirt over that, and a blue scarf around her shoulders that holds her slayer's mask, which keeps poison gas from being inhaled. Hiraikotsu (her massive boomerang) is strapped to her back, and she wears sandals, and has her hair tied at the ends.
In her exterminator's outfit, though, Sango dresses in pink and black armor and boots, a katana at her side and Hiraikotsu in her hand. She also pulls her hair up into a high ponytail.
Weapons:
Sango's arsenal includes her huge boomerang, named Hiraikotsu, which is actually a demon's bone, and probably pretty heavy! She has a hidden blade inside her traveling kimono sleeve which extends when she's fighting Naraku at his palace. She also has a katana that's never seen unless she's in her exterminator outfit, and has lost Hiraikotsu.
Up Side:
She is Kagome's best friend, and keeps Miroku's hands off of the priestess. But she retaliates for everytime Miroku does something perverted with a nice slap. She's a strong girl, so you know that's gotta hurt. She knows alot about demons that helps out Inuyasha and the others, and is a fantastic fighter. She's honorable and loyal, even if she did steal Tetsusaiga once, it was for Kohaku! (her brother) Afterwards, they had to beg her to stay, since she was afraid she'd do it again.
Down Side:
I'm not sure there is one here. A bit violent, but, hey, it's Miroku. Sango's wise and helps Kagome a lot. Her only weak spot is her baby brother, whom she would do anything for. She even refuses to fight him, almost dying in the process.
Over All:
She's like an older sister to Kagome, a wise, skilled warrior who protects her friends fearlessly. This is one of those people that you don't want to be up against.
