Serendipity

Nick Bantock is an artist who melds words and images together in order to create some of the most extraordinary books I have ever had the pleasure of reading. I discovered his books by accident while browsing in my favorite bookstore. What a delightful surprise when I pulled "Griffen & Sabine" off the shelf. I opened the cover and was immediately pulled into the world of this artist. His work arouses my curiosity, piques my imagination and swirls my thoughts, leaving me hungry for more. You must truly draw equally upon your right and left brain to fully appreciate the creative genius of Nick Bantock. The words are only part of the story; the images are the clues to its true meaning.
