I/we as a contestant, participant or parent/guardian acknowledge that rodeos are dangerous activities and that participation in a rodeo has substantial and serious risk of property damage, personal injury, or death. I/we participate totally at our own risk. As a condition of participating in these activities releaser (indvidullay and or his/her executors, assigns, inventees or any and all family member) waives the right to bring and release releasee and succession in-interest and persons or entities in interest with releasee from and and all manner of actions, suits, claims for relief, demands, damages and any other obligations, know or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, in law or equity, direct or indirect and whether now or in thefuture for any injury or death arsing out of or connected in any way with your participation or presence. If for any reason any provisions of this realease is determined to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. This realease contained the entire agreement between the parties hereto and the terms of this release are contractual, not a mere recital. Judges decisions are final !
