pics from CVB conf. at Rochester....

There aren't many pics since the business district of Rochester is...in a middle of nowhere. But the hotel room we stayed at was awesome and it deserved some attention. ^-^

As the doors swing open, you're greeted with sunlight streaming in through the windows. To your right, is the master bed. Since we had a workshop that afternoon (and we were hungry for lunch,) we unpacked furiously (refer to pic. ^-^)

The middle part of the room is a table and a balcony. When you step out to the balcony, the city opens up before you. If it wasn't so windy, we could've lounged outside in the lawn chairs.

One glimpse of the 'city of Rochester' The dark murky water you see, is the Erie Canal. ^.^

The left side of the hotel rooms is the dining and another living room area. This was where we placed two roll-in beds. (And they said we might not have enough room...we have enough for 10 roll-in beds! ^-^)

What is a 'Parlour Suite' without a bar? One of my co-workers bought two bottles of sangria. (Not the one in the pic.) BTW, I'm taking the pic and if you look carefully in the mirror reflection, you can see the top of the big screen tv that we have in front of the bar.... ^-^

Here is a pic of the four of us. You can see how deep the room goes. We have so much room to jump around.... ^-^

The Hyatt is one of the tallest buildings around (only 3 other skyscrapers were very high...) so our view was unobscured. This night view is better fitted for the 'city' style of rochester. (Although, the 'city' part seems to be 3 by 5 blocks. ^^;)
