Loveless. One without love.
I learned my lesson from yesterday and decided to head to the VA cavalcade autograph signing directly. Animemiz found me while I was in line and gave me my signed cd before heading to the 'State of the Industry' panel. Returning to picto-chat, I found out that a game will soon be underway and happily joined in. The game was 'Puzzle League' and it took me awhile before I stopped coming in last place. ^^; The game ended when the VAs appeared and the signing began.

I won't name everyone since all the VAs were there except for Mela Lee and Derek Stephen Prince who had panels at this time. Since I only wanted to get Yuri's autograph, I proceeded to get a pic of each of the VAs for vidgle. I chatted a bit with Taliesin Jaffe, introducing myself as the girl who gave him the Valkyrie Profile dvds so long ago and he said that he got together with other VAs to watch it and it was good. ^.^ Yay! Yuri signed my Kyou Kara Maoh pic as Shibuya Yuri's VA as well as my Suzaku (Code Geass) pic. I commented about the irony of Yuri voicing Yuri and we had a funny-if not corny-moment. ^^;
Your word is my law.
I hit the Dealer's room again and picked up even more swag (mostly posters.) I even caught a pic of Toshifumi Yoshida (who is a celebrity in his own right...being the one who brought Takahashi Rumiko-sensei anime to the US. ^.^)
One of the booths had Fullmetal Alchemist paper and plastic bags and stickers. They were so nice and gave me two sets. (They're only small paper and plastic bags, but it has chibi FMA on it! Kawaii!) I found the Paradise Kiss butterfly clip that was on my phone. Since it was half the usual price, I bought it. ^.^ I swung by the usual yaoi doujinshi booth and asked if they ever have any Loveless doujins since when I arrive they never have it. They advised that I come within the first hour of Dealer's room opening since it's all sold out by that time. (Seems like the staff-who have access to the room prior to official opening-always buy it up quickly.) Anyway, there aren't that much doujins so I have to come early. ^^;
Let's make memories...
While I was looking for Vampire Knight stuff, I heard someone calling my name, Ritsuka. Of course, I turned around. A person cosplaying Soubi appeared and we hugged since it was appropriate. ^.^ She asked if I had time for pictures and I happily agreed. She purchased a collar and I hooked one of my chains to her collar. As we chatted, I found out that she was the Soubi that I met on that sunday at AnimeNEXT this year. She had a Kio at that time who was not at Otakon at this time. Yuiko was outside of the Dealer's room working on her wig. ^.^ We went to join her. She was surprised at my age, but happy that I was at least older and not younger since she didn't want to bring me back to Yuiko having to announce 'I brought back a little girl/boy!' lol
We ate pocky as we waited for Yuiko to finish putting her wig together (she was sewing on the extensions) and got a few picture requests. ^.^ After Yuiko finished with her wig, we went upstairs so that we could meet up with her friends for lunch and I can check with informations about animemiz's cellphone. (Turns out whilst I was in the Dealer's room, information called me since animemiz lost her cell phone and it ended up in the lost and found. I told them that if she didn't claim it by the time I get there, I will take the phone and return it to her. Afterall, I knew her personally. ^.^) Good thing, information said that there was no more cells there so I assumed that animemiz got her phone back. Me, Soubi and crew headed to the mall for lunch. On the way out, we saw the sign 'Awesome' on the ceiling window...something that was also there last year. Still don't know who did it, but with everyone pointing at it, hilarity ensues.
Sukidaiyo, Ritsuka...
Our choice was Edo, a Japanese restaurant. While we were waiting, Yuiko and I decided that we wanted ice cream so we to the ice cream store first. Of course, we took some pics of Ritsuka and Yuiko drooling over ice cream. Such fun.... At the restaurant, I caught some Kenshin cosplayers sitting at the bar area. If not for the tv, it would have been right out of the story. I asked them for a picture and they obliged. Of course, I obliged to their request to take pics using their camera as well. ^.^
I ordered a bottle of beer for somoneone in Soubi's group and we had a few shots of Ritsuka pouring alcohol. After our meal of yummy soba and sushi, we headed out to the skywalk on the other side of the mall and took some pictures.
Before, Soubi had already asked me if I was willing to take some fanservice shots...kissing. I told her that I never kissed a girl before, but had already decided that if I met a good Soubi (guy or girl) I would be willing to kiss them. Pictures of our first kiss was too close and so we had to kiss a second time which came out perfectly. (No pictures of us kissing will be online. ^^;)
Endless
We went our separate ways and I headed back to the hotel where okaasan was waiting. Before I took off my ears and tail, I wanted to take some pictures at the balcony. There were a few awesome shots and I even took some with no ears and tail. *hint hint* ^.^ We left Baltimore close to 6pm which is very late and took a long time to drive home. However, the delay was worth it since I got to eat with fellow cosplayers and had an awesome mini-shoot.
Definitely, I made some great memories....
