And we're off!

We left LI around 12:30pm making it to Qns. within an hour. After picking up Theresa-neechan and Christine-neechan, we proceeded to squash their bags into the trunk. I'm sooo happy my two oneechans are such light packers. ^^; Okaasan took a 15min. nap to recharge as we handled the luggage issue. At 2pm, we headed to Baltimore.

Our ride consisted of two pit stops for food and oil, trance music blaring from my mp4 player and naps. We arrived at our destination (hotel) around 7:30pm. ^^V

Cosplay prep and tv

As requested, the fridge was sitting in our hotel room when we arrived. Yay for Sheraton! ^.^ The bellhop loaded EVERYTHING we had onto a single cart. O.O Wow.... Except for my laptop since it's MY laptop. ^-^ After settling down into what goes where and who gets which bed, oneechans and I went to pick up our badges. The line for prereg was quick (as expected from Otakon) and all three of us chose the Black Cat badge. ^.^ FYI, I of course wrote 'Rai' and Christine-neechan wrote 'Cyeily', her online handle. Theresa-neechan just wrote 'Theresa'.

Oneechan x2 decided to walk around for awhile after picking up the badges. I headed back to the hotel since I had so much to do. *points at to-do list*

I washed my hair after I went back to the hotel and proceeded to iron all 3 days worth of cosplay. O.o While that was going on, I hooked up my laptop to the tv and we watched Ouran ep. 5 and 'Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening'. (Theresa-neechan played the game and did the usual fmv recording. She is sooo awesome! ^.^) By the time 'Devil May Cry' was over, I had braided my hair and did my nails as well. Yay for multitasking! ^.^

Yaoi, anyone?

Since we were all going to the yaoi panel on saturday night, I gave them the 411 on typical yaoi knowledge (aka. 'corn' and other things.) Then we watched Sensitive Pornograph, one of the best yaoi animes out there. FYI, we watched yaoi on my laptop, not the tv. With earphones. Afterall, okaasan is in the same room. ^^; Christine-neechan went to sleep afterwards and Theresa-neechan watched both episodes of Enzai.

I went over the schedule of events and settled into bed (the floor) with 'Only the Ring Finger Knows' novel 3. ^-^ After reading a bit, I went to sleep.
