INSTRUCTIONAL OBJECTIVES:
The students will:
1. Keep a journal for
2 weeks about the uses of art in their daily lives.. (SCVPACS I, II, IV,
V,VI) (NCS 1 and 5)
2. Define Art by researching the web. (SCVPACS I, II, and IV.) (NCS 5)
3. Create a drawing that illustrates "A World Without Art". (SCVPACS I and IV) (NCS 1)
4. Create and fill a time capsule of important art images to tell the future why we must keep art in our schools.. (SCVPACS II) (NCS 5)
5. Present their portfolio
as a presentation to the school board. (SCVPACS I, II, and V) (NCS 1)
