The Dublin sky was clouded

[Based on the songs: Dublin sky and unlovable by Darren Hayes and the classic runaway train]

The wind blow threw his hazel brown hair.

Someone played the harmonica, a dog barked in the distance and a man yelled, but neither of this he heard. The only thing on his mind was the question: Im I unlovable? And the only vision in front of his eyes was a weak image of a girl in her older teens dancing on a flowered covered field in a an old-fashioned white dress, her blond hair whirling around her face, covering her deep blue shining eyes.

Hed kissed so many lips in his life he could not longer remember which lips belonged to which person, except hers; even now he could feel its touch on his neck. James had warned him about this, obsession. But he had never cared.

He never cared till the moment she disappeared into the void, to later turn up at his doorstep, soaked and shaking madly. Not until that moment hed realized how obsessed he was; two minutes without her was like walking in the desert for years without any water. A week without her was drowning over and over again.

Of course now hed blocked every memory of them together but there was always a trace of her on his mind, but just weak images. Sometimes her voice just appeared out of nowhere. Her face and that river edge flashed before his eyes every time he closed them.

So maybe he hadnt blocked every memory of her.
How many days am I going to regret I let you go? How many nights till I forget you? He whispered into the night, but of course nobody heard him.
Suddenly he stopped, staring at the sign at the road crossing. Train station it read with an arrow pointing to the left.
He stared at the sign a few more minutes before he hurried towards to old train station.
A ticket for a runaway train, please He mumbled. The old man behind the glass laughed at him.
And where would a runaway train go? The man asked with a smile.
Dublin He simply said.
Never going back?
Hopefully not
I remember laughing on the rivers edge
Trying to get you to jump with me
Trying to get you fall for me
And your trembling heart it beat so fast
Holding hands you promised me
Holding hands we counted to three
And I felt your slipping fingers
And I saw you chanced your mind
If I hadnt dragged you in with me
You would have let me dive without you

Without you

And maybe the Dublin sky was chancing you
It put diamonds in your eyes

The train stopped and he put the little notebook, he always carried with him, in his pocket and stepped down from the train.
He looked up, the sky was clouded. The Dublin sky was clouded.
It didnt take long before he found that familiar two storage wooden house.
It actually took him longer too build up his courage to knock on the door then it took him to find the house.
He could hear someone come down the stairs; he begged it was the one he wanted it to be.
The door slowly opened to reveal a quite short blond girl. She stood there still, staring at the man at her door step, fear in her eye but the diamonds were still there if you searched underneath.
Do I remind you of a part you dont like?
No... She breathed, You remind me of a part I always wanted
He moved closer to her, bending his head down to meet her lips and she didnt mind. Tears slowly started to run down her pale cheeks.
How did I end up crying underneath the Dublin sky? she whispered.
I shall tell you if you answer one single question
She nodded in agreement.
Im I unlovable?
Most likely not, Mr Simpson
