Kimberly's Day Care
Today at Kimberly's Day Care we:
*Harold Horse puppet visited and told us all about
chickens
*practiced saying, cluck, cluck, cluck� like a chicken
* listened to a song called �The Rhyming Rooster
Name Game�
* played "Follow the Hen" game (like �Follow the Leader�)
* looked at a display with a hen
* sang a song �Roosters, Hen, and Baby Chicks�
(tune: �Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star�)
* colored a picture of a hen sitting on her nest
and when you lift her up there are chicks under her
* introduced our Math Manipulative for the month
sorted out the chickens and eggs
* did Calendar Time and Weather Bear
