There will be a BAKE SALE and DOOR PRIZES to be given away too! This is a POTLUCK EVENT. Entry fee: a covered dish to share OR pay $15.00 per person (incl. kids and adults). PARENTS: Please also bring a dozen plastic eggs (filled w/goodies!) for each child in your family. This is for the egg hunt! * * * * * Saturday, May 20 4:00pm � 11:30pm PASA POKER & MAH JONG TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER EVENING Branch Creek Estates South Clubhouse 12609 Dessau Rd. - Austin, TX Join PASA for an evening of fun and excitement featuring: * No-limit Texas Hold�em Poker Tournament * Mah Jong Tournament. Play and get a chance to win the tournament, and also help PASA! It�s a WIN-WIN!! The evening starts with �warm up� mini-sessions starting at 4:00 and a brief pre-game meeting at 5:30. All tournament players must be ready to play the real game at 6:00 sharp!! Winners announced at the end of the evening. Seating is limited in order to play either of the two games. You must contact Rina at [email protected] or 258-5767 to reserve your seat and pay buy-in fee no later than Wednesday, May 17th. Buy-in Fee for each game: * poker $25.00 * mah jong $15.00 Bring beverages and/or snacks to share (or pay $10.00 per person). Sandwiches provided to all tournament players. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 years old to come to this event. Identification will be checked at the door. * * * * * Saturday, May 27 10:00am � 4:00pm PASA Society Picnic Potluck Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park 12138 N. Lamar Blvd. Austin, TX Come out and enjoy the fun at this picnic event for our members and their guests. Everyone must bring a picnic dish to share. Water, and various soft drinks will be supplied by PASA. We will also hold a brief PASA Society Meeting at 12 NOON sharp. Prizes will be raffled to those members who come to the meeting! At this picnic we will be also be holding a cook-off and bake-off contest!! If interested in competing in this contest, please contact Rina at [email protected] or 258.5767.
