| Schedule of activities: 3:00 pm � 7:00 pm : Casting of Ballots and Dinner Served* 7:00 pm � 8:00 pm : Counting of Ballots 8:00 pm � 8:15 pm : Announcement of 2007 Officers 8:15 pm �10:00 pm : Celebration and Dance POLLS will CLOSE at 7:00 pm sharp. * Dinner is potluck - please bring a dish to share! PASA will provide soda, coffee & water. Voting Information * You must be a current member to be eligible to vote. * In the event of a tie in any position, a re-election for that position shall be held that same night. * To request absentee ballots, please call Gody Corpuz immediately at 512-990-3145.
