Please include the following notice in the club notes section
of this weeks leader for the kilettly/Dromkeen gaa club.

"We had a very successful start to this years SCOR competition
last Sunday night week in Pallasgreen finishing 2nd overall. Our
novelty were victorous admist stiff competition, while Anette
O'Connor securing the recitation. Our quiz team  Damien O'Dwyer,
Brendan O'Keeffe and Joe Dillion were beaten into second by the
narrowest of margins into second place. Our setdancing team of
Pat, Eddie, Eibhear, Liam, Yvonne, Sinead O'Dea, Jackie McCarthy
and Antonette Lane performed very well on the night. We will be
repersented in the county final this Saturday night at a venue
yet to be decided.

A successful players meeting was held last Friday night at which the
managers for all our teams from minor up outlined their plans for the
comming year. Our new trainer Tommy Flynn was present and outlined his
views for the future. The general concenses amongst the players is that
this year is one of the best opportunity that they will ever have to
lay the foundations for future success and that it will take the commitment
and dedication of all players to attend training and win matches. They
they agreed that it was up to the players to from here on in to obtain
success. Training will commence 2 nights a week, Wednesday and Friday
nights at 8pm and will take place this Friday night. On Saturday at 4pm
we take on Knockane at home in the Junior B football league.

 
There will be a bus going to the Limerick/Calre game in the Gaelic
grounds on March 4th. Entry to the game will be free and a fee of
£1.50 will be charged for the bus. This is open to all our U-14
players. All interested contact Padraig O'Dea or any member of
the Juvenille club committee.

Juvenille training commences this Saturday morning at 11pm.
