Happy New Year to everyone. We spent the new year celebrating with our local police department. They felt we were "disturbing the peace" so they deemed it necessary to incarcerate us for the evening. We were released in the morning.

1-18-01
We would like to apologize to our Phoenix fans. We had to cancel the show due to having a "run in" with the sheriff's department. They felt our van and trailer were in violation of several motor vehicle codes. To keep it short, they detained us, thus we couldn't make it to the show, even though we had made it to the damn town! We are sorry for letting everyone down. We will be back.

2-03-01
Plans for the tour of the southwest have fallen through due to our bass player having to serve a month in the state correctional center. We are attempting to reschedule the tour around his planned release date. The recording of our new material for the Tribunal Records split cd with not be hindered by his incarceration. We are very excited to be commiting our fan's favorite tracks to tape, finally. "Here Is Another Song That Is Not Freebird," "I Already Have Enough Friends" and "I Love The Whore In You (And So Does Everyone Else) are some of the songs we will be recording. Others are being considered but time limitations may prevail.

We are in the planning stages of a small tour of the southeast in early May, any interested towns wanting us to come and rock please email TribunalBooking@ hotmail.com. We will be heading west from Arizona and want to play in southern California. Again, any help would be much appreciated.

Not much happening here. Just awaiting our recording session, and planning for the tour. We are also trying to play some local area shows, but for some reason our "reputation" is preventing us from doing so. We don't understand local promoters hesistancy in allowing us to play. We allegedly damaged a local PA beyond repair, but those of you that were in attendance know the "real story." We will play soon, your voices have been heard.

Recording is drawing near, we go into the studio in about 2 weeks. We are also talking with our good buddies in Bloodjinn about touring the Northeast for about 3 weeks this summer. Should be a great time, as we have heard all the stories about Bloodjinn's road trips. Finally, some competition!! We welcome the challenge. BRING IT ON.
