Name: Ronek. His brothers have an array of unpleasantries they call him behind his back. ^_~
Sex: Male.
Age: About eight years older than Sapphire, so somewhere between 22 and 24. He is the oldest of the five siblings.
Appearance: Shaggy black hair, kind of limp and unkempt. Has a goatee and long sideburns. Dark green eyes. Fairly tall at 5'9. A bit twiggy like Sapphire and Tobbar. Dark skin. He dresses in blacks and other dark colors.
Education: Can read and write enough to be fairly literate.
Occupation: Plays mandolin and sings in the streets, usually with his brother Brishen.
Ethnicity: His mother is 1/4 gadje, his father 1/2. He is therefore of mixed blood.
Marital status: Married to Deandre at age 21. Had a few short-lived girlfriends before that.
Children: Has a son and a daughter, one more on the way.
Significant relationships: His wife, his children. He was never extremely close to his parents and only somewhat close to his siblings, mostly just Brishen and Sapphire.
Obsessions: None. He's not that passionate of a guy.
Beliefs: That you can only put absolute trust and faith in yourself. He's a bit of a cynic.
Sexual history: Probably lost his virginity to one of his previous girlfriends, but Deandre is the only one who can put up with him for long periods of time.
Religion: None.
Fears: Social situations.
Habits: Sulking, brooding.
Personality flaws: Deeply angsty, brooding, and independent to a fault. If "ice queen" could apply to a male, he'd be their god. ^^;
Personality strengths: Loyal to the death, protective of those he loves, has a quiet sort of inner strength.

Why does this character want this: It's just his nature.
What happens as a results of this desire: Well, his siblings tease him for being so impossible and his wife sometimes gets a bit irritated with him, but otherwise not much. A mundane kind of character.
Additional notes: Oh, what a bitch Ronek can be. Not at all like his namesake. *grin* But I love him anyway. After all, he's the perfect target for the other siblings' teasing and jokes. Well, after all of Tobbar's infidelities, anyway. ^^;
