Name: Ronek. His siblings fondly nicknamed him Lefou, which is French for "fool." Only his siblings are allowed to call him this.
Sex: Male
Age: Older than the girls at around 28 or 29.
Appearance: Twiggy and tall at around 6'0. Ronek is a full-blooded Romani with darker skin, brown eyes, shaggy black hair, and a goatee and moustache later in life (around the time Mira is born). He dresses in olive greens and grays, and pretty shabbily at that.
Education: Trained as an acrobat. His siblings also thought it would be a funny 'trick' if they taught him to read, but he does not make this knowledge public, preferring his friends and foes to believe him illiterate.
Occupation: Was an acrobat when he was younger. Once he passes the age of 20, he makes his living as a sort of 'guard' for the kumpania, making sure strangers stay out and don't find it. He will also duel in the streets for money if he's bored or broke enough.
Ethnicity: Full-blooded Romani.
Marital status: Marries Sapphire at the age of 30 or 31. (He's not a late bloomer, he just never got married until he met Sapphire.)
Children: Only one survived, Mirabella.
Significant relationships: Had several girlfriends in his youth, but eventually marries Sapphire. He is also very close to all his siblings, though he has soft spots for his sisters.
Obsessions: Sapphire, quite frankly. Not that he's obsessed WITH her so much as he is obsessed with getting her to be less of a rancid bitch towards males.
Beliefs: That everyone needs compassion and kindness.
Sexual history: Probably had relations with every single past girlfriend (I'm guessing there were between three and five of them before Sapphire showed up), then with Sapphire, obviously.
Religion: None.
Fears: Pain and loneliness.
Habits: Cracking his joints and, later, messing with his goatee.
Personality flaws: Just a little TOO devoted to whatever cause he's presently fighting for (the one to get Sapphire to be nice is a prime example).
Personality strengths: Compassionate, kind, and a lot more patient than most of the rest of first generation.
Favorite possession: His siblings, wife, and daughter.
Where does this character live: Born in Marseilles, traveled all over with his family, then moves to Paris around the age of 23.
What does this character want: Family.
Why does this character want this: He's been raised as a family man all his life - first he was surrounded by his parents and siblings, so in later life he wants to surround himself with his own family.
What happens as a results of this desire: He marries Sapphire and they have Mirabella.
Additional notes: Ronek's siblings are way fun, almost as much fun as third generation Sapphire's siblings. They are: Judessah, Agray, and Fayette. Fayette has a daughter named Firan when she is very young and, for awhile, Ronek helps take care of them both.
