Name: She was found at the age of three or four and wouldn't reveal her name. She was called Angel and the name stuck.
Sex: Female
Age: During the time Tani and Tasia are working, she's between four and seven. She's part of second generation, though probably slightly younger than most people in that arc.
Appearance: Dark skin, light blue eyes, and straight black hair with pink elf-streaks (see notes below). She is a twiggy, delicate sort of child who grows into a curvy, shortish woman at about 5'4. She dresses in pinks and blues, to play up both her eyes and her hair, for those who can see the streaks. Has scars on her back as evidence of what must have been an abusive childhood before she was found by the Brigands.
Education: Is literate enough to get by in the gadje world, but doesn't publicize the fact. Also knows enough fighting techniques to defend herself, though by no means is she talented enough to become a Brigand.
Occupation: Because she married a Brigand, Angel is able to stay home with her children and raise them.
Ethnicity: Full-blooded Romani.
Marital status: Marries Ezra, another Brigand, when she is 19 or 20.
Children: Her older son is Castel, her younger daughter is Tania. Castel is older by about four years.
Significant relationships: Her children, husband, and all adoptive parents (St. Jean, Tani, Tasia).
Obsessions: Family, without a doubt.
Beliefs: That family is the most important thing (seeing a trend yet?)
Sexual history: Had a different boyfriend in the Brigands before she fell in love with Ezra.
Religion: None.
Fears: Being alone, having those she loves hurt her.
Habits: Being very quiet and rarely speaking loudly. She probably had to stay quiet when she was younger in order to avoid abuse.
Personality flaws: Almost codependent.
Personality strengths: Very loving, sweet, and tough.
Favorite possession: Tani's vest, Tasia's belt, and her children.
Where does this character live: Grew up in Lyon with the Brigands. Moves out of the Brigand camp when her children are young, but only to a kumpania in the city.
What does this character want: Family.
Why does this character want this: She had an abusive early childhood. While St. Jean took her in when she was three or four, she knew she was eventually going to be adopted by Tani and Tasia and had to wait a few years for that security while they were working.
What happens as a results of this desire: She becomes overly attached to her own husband and children.
Additional notes: If one helps an elf, one becomes elf-touched. This has several consequences. The elves will gift their helpers with small magical talents - in Angel's case it was the gift of empathy and some slight telepathy, though this appears when she is older and only in regards to certain people she's close to. Another result of being elf-touched is colored streaks in the hair. Angel's are pink. These can only be seen by other creatures who have been elf-touched.
