I found the kick-assingest program in the world for making animated gifs. Now ANY halfwit can make them without having to fork out $40 for some fancy-ass program. Click HERE to download UnFREEz. It's free, it's shareware, it's only a 20k download (I swear I'm not kidding), it's drag-and-drop and I love it muchly.

These are mostly animated icons you can use in LiveJournal. They all follow the requirements - none of these is larger than 40k. However, I also added some random junk I created for the hell of it. I mean, who DOESN'T need a Ninja Orange blinking on their desktop? That's what I thought.
