excitied, jabbers like a gibbon.

constantly (pocket movie camera, pirate radio station/post office, Frankenfido,

up with ideas to save the world (melting the ice at the North Pole so England
could win the Olympics, saving Camelot Castle, turning the office into
a car to win the Le Mon 24 hour race, saving the National Art Gallery,
ptions-grows grass on anything, elixir of life, giant kittnes. )
*Impersonates
almost everyone, especially Eddy Waring.
