Subject: the case of the missing flannel

Hey there kiddies
it's friday night... I have a cold and am avoiding alcohol at all costs.... so it's long-winded email time.

Well.... looks like i'll be staying on this side of the world a little longer.... probably until the end of October (unless anyone has any objections)...

Sooo.... if anyone knows of any cheapish/nice places or knows any people who know cheapish/nice places for me to live in London or possibly Brighton... you should let me know...

it's not that my relatives are kicking me out... it's just that i am feeling increasinly uncomfortable living there (ever since the mystery of the missing flannel).

also.... i will be requiring a part-time job... the lady at the laundrette has informed me that the man at the clock shop across the road is looking for someone to enter data into a computer for him.... however, i have also been informed that he engages in nude rude parties with food.... so yeah.... i'm not sure about that one

Well... just got back from Dublin... i think that's why i'm sick... bloody irish people.... i dont think it had anything to do with the fact that i spent three nights sleeping in a tent in the middle of a field.... no!

Went to the Oxegen festival.... it was amazing... rained everyday.. saw heeaps of awesome bands... i am now almost obsessed with The Rapture... probably (and strangely) my favourite band of that weekend... although I must say:
the strokes
kings of leon
belle & sebastian
the cure
pj harvey
the libertines
basement jaxx
wilco
franz ferdinand
muse
ash
keane
the zutons
the future kings of spain
the shins
- were all quite nice too (and the darkness were quite a dissapointment - not enough cock rock action for my liking)
- check out the entire line-up left... too many good bands to see them all!

ooh the internet cafe is about to close

ok then.... now it's monday night and I guess i can finish this email...

i'm a little less stressed today... went and had a look for a place to live in brighton.... twas quite nice... bit expensive, but very close to work... i might be able to even buy a bike and ride to work so i can lose some of the weight that eating lard for every meal has made me gain

looks like i'll be at least getting a solid month of work (but mostly filling tubes with brown liquid - thanks jeebus i spent those 4 years at university!)

well, i'm sure i had a lot of other things to write, but i cant think of any of them

off to phone mum now, before her mind implodes

weeee
